Default Open Question: He wants pictures...of my feet. Dealbreaker or not?

I have been emailing and talking on the phone with a guy from Match, and we have interesting intellectual, amusing conversations. For logistical reasons, we can't meet in person right away, so he asked me to post or send him some photos. That sounded reasonable, but after we got off the phone, he texted me that he wants me to send him photos of my feet. This makes me nervous, because if he has such a foot fetish that he needs to bring it up now, and in such a bizarre way, then perhaps I should just ignore the request (and him). Thoughts? I think for me the fact that he brought this up so soon (before we even met in person) and so weirdly, in a text is what is making me uncomfortable. It makes me think that a) it's a huge big deal for him and b) may involve something more than having a little extra atttention paid to my feet. I have no problem with foot rubs, and assorted other sensual things, but like with all fetishes, some people have truly bizarre and strange requirements. That he mentioned it early and not in context makes me think that he's got quite the kink.
