alright, so all season long we heard about players getting fined for saying something out of line, or skipping a press conference, or being late for one, etc. where has goodell been with all of the trash talking going on in the post season. yes i know its a competitive game but dont you think that the comments cromarti made against tom brady was a bit much? not only as a player but as a person in general, i believe that truley shows who he is. so why didnt goodell fine him for saying something out of line, or make rex bench him for even a drive? welker made statements referring to rex's foot fetish and got benched for a drive, which was much less than the statements made about the new england players. i agree with the decision because one thing i have to say about the patriots and belicheck is he keeps his team in check and doesnt tolerate nonsense from any of his players, stars or not. and the only thing the league said was "if any punishments are made from actions on the field we will take into action the comments made from the past week". so without being byast towards any team, what exactly do you think? bq1-instead of having a a fixed amount on a fine, do you believe it should be a fixed percentage? for example when we seen the titans finnigan and texans johnson get into it they both got fined $25,000. when you look up the two's annual earnings, the $25,000 is chump change to johnson, while the same amount is almost 20% of finnigans earnings for that year. whats your opinion? bq2-wha do you think of the 2011 pro bowl jerseys? i think the NFC looks alot better than the AFC but neither nor, impresses me at all. they couldve done way better, even the NIKE prototype combat uniforms that got such negative feedback looked better in my point of view.
