Open Question: A girl sat opposite me in the library...?

She is basically in the year below and apparently my friend from the year below says that she is like the hottest girl in the year etcWe sat opposite each other in the school library and she kept stroking/touching her hair and just being fidgety in general... Then she started to cross her legs to different sides quite often and when she stretched her crossed leg more towards me and started dangling with her foot. At one point, she was dangling so aggressively that her show almost came off. She sat in the same place next day too but among different guys and she wasn't doing any of those things at all... She was just sitting normally and getting on with her work.What does this mean? Help plz Was she trying to seduce me or is this completely normal?
