Open Question: How to get a university girlfriend if you are a Muslim man without having sex before marriage?

Hey, I am a 21 year old half-Iraqi half-Egyptian man who has a foot fetish and is looking for a girlfriend. I know I will get a lot of hate responses as Islam forbids people to date because of the temptation to have sex, but I am not looking for a girlfriend to have sex with her. I am looking for a girl who is nice and kind to me and I am only willing to allow 3 things she can do to me: hug me, kiss me in the cheek and literally step on me barefoot(face trample as well as using my face as her footrest). That's all she's allowed to do to me, but I don't want sex before marriage, only after marriage. How do you get a girlfriend in Islam(note that I pray 5 times a day and believe in Allah and my Islamic family taught me discipline and self control)? I don't actually want to kiss her fully(this leads to Zina) but I just want her to kiss me on the cheek and I can kiss her on the cheek.
