Open Question: Friends Ex being forward?

So one of my best friends broke up with her boyfriend about 3 months ago and just recently he's started talking to me.( We were kinda friends while they were going out) Anyway, he started being extremely forward really fast and told me that he likes me yesterday.He also has many odd fetishes including feet,bondage, and noses and he's already asked to smell my feet and other creepy things. Then he started asking me how far ive gone, whats my style of kissing and how i like it, and then he finally said he wants to make out with me,lick my feet, and then go as far as i want with him once were done with that.Not gonna lie, this is really freaking me out. He's nice but I barely know him and I don't think I like him that way. What should I do and should I say something to him about it?
