Open Question: Foot massaging. Is this wrong? Advice?

Ok im 17 years old and im doing college but theres a problem. See one of my teachers at college who teaches me (Who i know well of outside of college too, due to that it is one of my friends mom) Anyhow im tempted every lesson i have with her to ask if i could perhaps give her a foot massage sometime? I do have a little foot fetish i know, but is there any way i can say it without in front of my friends in college maybe more private? And so that it will be only between the both of us? Is it worth risking? She is very layed back and i know she would let me if i asked, that's the thing.I can add her on Facebook easily she will accept and send her a mail saying, or i can do it through the college email but i might get cought? I dunno if it is right to do it but i know her very well outside of college so i should be allowed to.What are your thoughts? and how i should approach her and how to bring up a "foot massage" convosation?
