Open Question: Is this a foot fetish thing?

I was texting this guy i date and i asked him what some of his fetishes were, he listed a couple and one of them was "c.u.m. play". I didnt ask about it at the time because i kinda figured it was self explanatory like playing with c.u.m. or something but i asked my guy friend a couple days later and he said he think it means stuff involving feet and also i googled it and some people said that too, but then other things said it was just stuff involving c.u.m. Does anyone know what it means or how i can bring it up to him again to find out what it means?
