Open Question: foot fetish on teacher?

ok i have a very strong fetish on feet and my english teacher seems to talk about feet alot i know this isn't much but at my school hardly any teachers go on about feet to much like she doesn't talk about it but she involves feet into the subject!?? she did it today and that's 3 times she has done that since the last month. and she also like in someway tease like we did this circle thing and she showed us her feet. i really want to ask her if i can rub her feet but i don't know how to say it its very tempting and il eventually end up saying it one day. im 15 and im at high school but i don't think i can keep up with this feet thing anymore and one day im just gunna say it so what should i say to her that will possibly let me rub her feet or let her know i have a foot fetish. she also one day took her shoes off to show this type of walking thing because she couldn't do it in heels and she just left them off for the whole day just wearing socks possibly teasing?
