Hi guys.. quick question/advice here.. I am a new Photographer, have my own web site I run, worked with 45 models so far, well there was always this 1 model I worked with. She worked with me 10-15 minutes, we became great friends and she constantly, constantly called me about working. All of my shoots are paid, I pay models. I specialize in foot fetish type stuff, no nudity and no sex or anything. So we worked many, many times and created amazing pictures. Everyone liked her. Her pictures sold extremely well and not to mention all of the hours, money and time we spent making them. She started working with me in the summer of 2010. Well, somehow one of her friends found her photo on my site and sent out a mass text message to people directing them to my site to look at the photos. Eventually, she said people were harassing her and calling her names and such. She said people just constantly insulted her and all of this stuff. I talked to her about it and she said she would continue shooting. She's 20 years old and an adult who can make her own decisions, right? Well I get a text today saying she wants me to take them down and she's turning her life around and going to Church and doesn't want her future family to see this.. and all of that stuff. Just last night she text me saying she wanted to shoot so.. I'm confused now? So, I told her she would have to re-pay me $1,700 bucks (her total model fees) and I'd take them down. But after thinking.. I might not want to. Some of my best images and sales are because of her work so I am absolutely torn on what to do... She signed a release, constantly bothered me to shoot, did excellent work, loved working with me and doing this stuff... And now this? As a new Photographer.. man this sucks. What should I do? What would you do? Yes... she signed a model release
