Open Question: Don't know what to say to 3 girls bout old fetishes and urges.?

If you read my thing where I use to have a semi foot fetish and a tickling urge I mentioned the 3 girls. Now I don't think one of them goes to my school anymore, but i'm too embarassed to tell them the truth about my past fetish and urge because it would make them really uncomfortable. I don't know how I would say it. Having a tickling fetish/urge(I've basically asked girls my age and grown lady to tickle me its freakin embarassing) is something you can't say comfortably it makes it just awkward.
