Open Question: Does my boyfriend have a foot fetish or do I just have pretty feet?

Are there degrees of foot fetishes? I mean, do some men just think feet are pretty while some are sexually attracted to feet? I've been dating my boyfriend for over six months. The first few months we ended up talking about shoes every other date. The first detailed compliment (not just you're sexy or hot) was "You have pretty feet." Now he always tells me he likes my toe nails whenever I get a pedicure or change the color. He touches my feet almost every opportunity he gets (and he is a rather shy guy). Is it possible that he just thinks my feet are pretty or is it a fetish?
