Open Question: Does this count as a foot fetish?
Say some guy tends to notice the shoes women wear, particularly heels and sandals. But he finds toes to look bizarre and creepy. He finds the thought of licking somebody's toes/somebody licking his toes to be disgusting. He is self-conscious of his own feet.
