Open Question: Does anybody think that if people had hands for feet and feet for hands that there would be hand fetishes?

Further more, I hypothesize that origins of fetishism can be traced to that which is usually kept hidden. Take the whole hands for feet and feet for hands outrageous example. Arguably people would be wearing shoes custom made to fit their hands. Never mind the physical limitations of being able to walk on them for this example. How would eroticism and sexual stimulus change if everything were left exposed and everybody eventually adapted to living in this way?
