Open Question: Coworker/ My Brother?

I am posting here because I need advice on if there is anything I can do to help my brother. Here it goes there is an Indonesian female who works with my brother and she knows my brother has a bit of a foot fetish well one day before my brother started using the park and ride he brought he's 2008 Acura TL to work she said to her coworker I love his car after that she started doing foot teases with her feet by bending her soles and so on in front of my brothers desk they said one day she told I wish I could use your car since I dont have one as she said she was rubbing her feet against the other so my brother said you can use my car since then she still has it is there anything I can do I dont think so but should I confront her about seducing my brother with her feet which is hard and dumb thing to say.I have confronted her already but she said your brother hasn't said anything so you can't do or say anything in regard to the car to make things worse she has a husband which I talk to but he looks like he doesn't care.
