Open Question: Cousin really likes my feet?

My little cousin is about 8, and every time we visit he always asks me to take off my shoes so he cna play with my feet...he just loves rubbing and touching them. I don't mind it at all, but is there a certain reason as to why he likes mine only? He doesn't do it with his parents or with mine. I go jogging or wlaking every day, could it have something to do with that? I know what fetishes and paraphilias are, could it be that? Or do they show themselves at such an early age?
