Open Question: What Is The Christian Attitude Towards Sexual Behavior out of Marriage?

I know that most Christians believe that sex (the actual act) is meant for husband and wife, so I was curious about how they deal with sexual acts.For example, say one has a foot fetish and enjoys licking and sucking on women's feet (some people are into this). Though there is no sex involved it's very sexual to him.What does the Church have to say about sexual behavior in general that doesn't include penetration?
