Open Question: What causes guys to have foot fetishes?

I'm a guy, and I don't think feet are unattractive but seriously, what causes guys to have a foot fetish? I don't have one but I'm wondering what is it about feet that cause some guys to obsess over them? Guys and girls are welcome to answer.
