Open Question: What can I say to complement girl's feet?

Needless to say, I have a foot fetish. But whatever, I've accepted it and so has my gf. But she doesn't think her feet look very good, or her herself for that matter. I constantly tell her she's beautiful, and tell her that her feet are adorable, but they just don't seem to do the trick. And so, she won't let me touch them. (But she claims to be too ticklish) I'd like to figure out something to say to her to convince her just how great looking her feet are. And something to get her to let me touch them.(And I only mean with my hands, not "touch" them. I'm not a pervert)At the time, she lets me see them, but only for a couple seconds. Then she puts her shoes back on.I want to know what I can say to her to complement them. And how to ask if I can touch them. I've offered her foot rubs, but she declined them all. I offered her pedicures, and she's thinking about it still. (And this was two months ago that I offered) So, ladies- is there something I can say to her?She doesn't paint her toe nails, so "Cute peds" or something like that won't work. Actually, I'd love to paint them for her, but she's still thinking about the pedicure toffer.
