Open Question: How can I overcome my smoking fetish?

I'm a yovng, white heterosexual male with a very serious smoking fetish, and I don't know what to do about it. I think the site of a woman smoking a cigarette is incredibly sexy. It seems to enhance their appeal to me, but I don't like that something so disgusting and health-destroying is appealing to me sexually. As sexy as it looks, I actually hate smoking, I find it repulsive, it yellows the teeth, damages the skin, accelerates aging and causes serious, life-threatening diseases. I never ever smoke anything, and I hope that everyone who smokes quits. I don't want to encourage any women to smoke and risk their health. Why must a health-conscious man like me have such a paradoxical, disturbing fetish? Does it symbolize some inner desire? Otherwise, I am normal psychologically. How can I overcome this? Being with lady smokers hasn't helped me overcome this, unfortunately. Looking at images of blackened, damaged lungs doesn't help either, although seeing those dying elderly female lung cancer patients on oxygen in hospitals helps temporarily, along with reading about all the terrible damage smoking does. Luckily this fetish doesn't interfere with the relationships I've had with non-smokers. All in all, I do prefer non-smokers since I prefer a healthy woman. I'd trade this fetish in for a foot fetish any day. I admire my foot fetishist friends! LOLReality: I've been in 2 serious(or near serious) relationships, but I'm basically a virgin(one of the relationships went beyond kissing but that was it, it was "almost sex"). I ended the first relationship(I've been stalked and harassed by her ever since), and the second was more or less a mutual parting of ways. I'm in my 20s. Its possible this fetish is related to my lack of success with the opposite sex, although I am also a shy, awkward kind of guy and a loner. I'm often told I look handsome, and that I'm "smart", but I'm also very dorky, wimpy and very skinny. I come very close to fitting the description of a man suffering from Asperger's Syndrome, but not quite(although if I went to a doctor its possible I might get that diagnosis). I've had many opportunities to lose my virginity with many women, but I always had an excuse to get out of it. I'm amazed by how slutty and desperate *some* women are.
