Open Question: What can my friend do about this?

He saw this video a few years ago and it was of a guy who was having his shoes taken off by servants and then putting a new pair on for him, treating him like a King. This was when he had a foot fetish for men's feet but he didn't know it was from a film.Now he has found the film and the scene is from 'Boys Over Flowers', a Korean drama. He loves Korean dramas now but whenever he watches that drama, he cannot get his foot fetish past out of his mind, as hard as he tries and as much as he wants to. The scene isn't that long (30 seconds) and it is in one of the most romantic dramas ever. How can he do to get over it and not let this stay in his mind while watching this drama?
