Open Question: Anyone else have a fetish for playing footsie under a cubicle with strangers?

I have this fetish where if i see a girl with her shoes off in a library cubicle ( the type where you cant see the other person's face from the other side) where i take off my shoes and hope she plays footsie...like ill pretend to accidently nudge my foot on hers and quickly take it off and hope she plays back...a few times a girl has played back but its rare since obviously this is a very wierd and creepy thing to do and i know it but i have this fetish and i cant control it..its like it controls me...anyone else have this? is it common? it started when i was about 18 now i am 22 and i really know its a bad thing to do and iv been doing it less and less to almost never now..but it still is in the back of my head that iv done it...Is this common for guys to have strange fetishes like this? Do other guys do strange things such as this too?
