Open Question: After the socks smelling incident, what do you think she means by this?

Then yesterday before going home, she saw me watching her change shoes. After putting on her sneakers she approached and asked me if I have a foot fetish and I said yes. She giggled and said "I knew there was no mouse." As she was leaving she turned and said to me "pervert" then smiled and left. Do you think I can ask her out? Maybe she really thinks I am a pervert and making fun of me.I don't think she told the guys about the shoes/socks smelling incident cause nobody is teasing me. She may have told some of her girl friends which I think would be embarassing.
