Linda decides to let you check out her soft amazing soles while she does pilates.  You can tell by her well moisterized soles that she takes care of her feet.  The thing is, she doesn't need to use foot care products to accomplish the moisturization.  Linda soles get natural moisterization by running everyday at 6am.  When she gets back, she exfoliates her soles by letting them air out barefoot.  This pilates workout is a perfect example of how she lets her bare feet air out after she's been wearing out her cross trainers.
