Diane puts her feet up for your close-up inspection.  She's never had her feet examined like this before, but she trusts that you will look them over in an unbiased way to come to a final judgement.  When you are done judging her feet from all angles, she would like to know if she should have feet further examined again in the future.  She is content on trusting foot connessoirs when it comes to the judgement of her feet.  So what have you decided? :)
